Coverage extends to mechanical breakdown, electrical breakdown and explosion of pressure vessels.

Types of equipment covered for breakdown include electrical systems, air conditioning, refrigeration, mechanical equipment, motors, compressors, office equipment, heating systems, and all other property no excluded in the property coverage part.
