Worksite Solutions U-Select Program

Total Compensation Reports for IMA member employees are provided at no cost with the U-Select Program from Aon Corporation and Combined Insurance Company of America’s Worksite Solutions. Normally there is a charge for these Custom Benefit Statements. For IMA members, we have also negotiated to provide powerful BeneTrax software to help you analyze labor costs through enhanced methods for budgeting, forecasting, pre-hire compensation discussions and salary reviews. This software is provided as part of the Worksite Solutions program, without cost to IMA members!
