Driving Directions - Avis has been a leader in assisting customers with up-to-date driving direction cards at most Avis locations. They offer printed directions to hotels, corporations and points of interest ... and their friendly staff are also always ready to assist with a personal touch!

Just park your car in the Avis lot and you'll be met by an Avis representative who enters all your return data into the Avis carside computer which prints out a receipt instantly. Roving Rapid Return completes the return procedure before you even leave the car! This service is available during peak periods at most Avis U.S. airport locations and at select locations in Canada, Puerto Rico and Europe.

TTY Service - A reservation service for the speech- or hearing-impaired customers in the U.S. can easily communicate with Avis through a special reservation service called TTY/TDD which works through a teletype system. All you have to do is call the Avis toll-free number ... 800.331.2323 ... daily, from 6:00 am to 11:30 pm CST. Then, using a special TTY/TDD set, you type a message on a keyboard and send it to a trained Avis reservation agent. Responses are received by printout, almost like a live telegram.

WeatherFax - Avis makes traveling easier with weather information right when you need it. Available at 140 Avis locations in the U.S. and Canada, this helpful weather guide will provide you with the current day's weather, projected forecast for the next six days for the city in which you are traveling, as well as regional and national weather.
