EHS Manager will be responsible for the implementation of health, safety and environmental mission, policies and procedures for a manufacturing facility based in Connersville, Indiana to ensure compliance with all federal, state and/or local regulations, as well as any industry or other required regulations. Will serve as an advisor to the site operations staff and HR Manager, and develop and enforce EHS procedures by coaching and leading supervisory staff, conducting inspections, reporting statistics, compiling period reports as required by regulation and corporate policy, providing training, and working on the manufacturing floor with managers and employees. Position requires a B.S. in a safety or environmental-related field and three to five years experience in a manufacturing environment. This position will report to site HR Manager with a dotted line to the site Operations Manager and Corporate EHS. | | JO213: Medical Device Manufacturer is seeking a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for quality engineering support of operations to ensure quality and operational goals are met. Duties include identifying and implementing effective process control systems to support the development, qualification and ongoing manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements, improve manufacturing efficiencies and product quality while reducing manufacturing costs. Ideal candidate will possess a BS in Engineering and minimum of 5 years of relevant quality experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing environment. |
