| JO213: Sales Manager for Central Indiana manufacturing company. Responsible for all aspects of sales for manufacturing firm with 10 million dollars in sales. This individual will take the company to the next level in sales volume, develop opportunities, and assist in developing a marketing plan and materials. Position will include coordinating existing sales staff and rep firms and setting goals and compensation for sales team. This position will include new product marketing and branding, as well as specialized made to print sales. Ideal candidate will possess successful track record in sales, preferably in manufacturing and willing to do some travel, typically one or two nights a week. Salary will be base plus commission and include benefits. | | JO214: Operations Manager for Central Indiana manufacturing company. Responsible for the day-to-day production operations of a tool and die and special machine design and build company. Job responsibilities will include all aspects of manufacturing; staff, quality, costs, on-time-delivery, customer satisfaction, safety, housekeeping, scheduling, equipment justification, and customer communication. The right individual will be capable of handling the pressure of just-in-time deliveries and a demanding environment. Salary will be base plus commission and include benefits. |
