JO219: Opening for a Production Supervisor. Position exercises direction and control over one 10-hour shift operation. The individual in this position must regularly direct the work of up to 45+ full-time wage earner employees. In addition, the individual in this position must work closely with the Plant Manager and Human Resource Dept on any and all personnel issues. As the first level team leader, the position successfully interfaces with senior plant leadership and peers to achieve the budgeted objectives in productivity, quality, safety, employee engagement, and profitability.
