Advisory Services

ESOP Advisory Services
An Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP’s) may provide a very interesting liquidity option for IMA members because of the State of Indiana has a plan to encourage ESOP’s via low interest rate financing. Legacy can act as the advisor to the company and provides all ESOP related services including valuation, feasibility studies, structuring, identifying capital sources, and implementation.
