Jeff Goodwin has served since 1990 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for IMASERV, Inc., a subsidiary of the Indiana Manufacturers Association (IMA). IMASERV, Inc. offers financial products and discount programs to IMA members. He is also the IMA’s registered lobbyist responsible for health care and related insurance issues. He also serves as the IMA contact and as a member of the association’s Health Care Advisory Committee. Jeff is a graduate of Indiana University and holds the professional designations of Registered Health Underwriter, Registered Employee Benefits Consultant, and Chartered Life Underwriter. Jeff holds active Indiana Life, Accident & Health and Property and Casualty licenses.

Keith Robbins joined the IMA in February of 2003 as Director of Sales after spending over 30 years with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (formally Indiana BC/BS). Keith held numerous positions with the Blues including Sales Manager, and Director of Sales for the Southeastern United States, overseeing offices in Atlanta, GA and Nashville, TN. Keith’s experience with Anthem included responsibility for new and retention sales in the large and small employer markets. Keith holds an active Indiana Life, Accident & Health license and Property and Casualty license.
