Patrick Prajs

CEO

In a career spanning 35 years, Patrick Prajs has managed a variety of organisations with up to 1200 people. He has held the positions of Executive Vice President of LogMote, Chairman of the Management Board of Skyrecon, Chief Operating Officer of Arkoon Network Security for France, Italy, Spain, Benelux and North Africa, President and CEO of Unikala Software and Livemedia (USA), Managing Director of Sybase France as well as Director for Southern Europe and Director in charge of Europe at the US headquarters. He also participated in the launch of several European software publishers’ operations on the French market, including Qliktech and Deskom.
Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Paris VI and an Executive MBA from Stanford University in California.


Julián Ciccalè

Deputy CEO & CMO

Starting as a software engineer, Julian Ciccale was part of the .COM boom in the late 90s and early 00s, collaborating in various web companies. He participated in creating one of the first Latin American classified websites, and also worked in California to help a virtual pet website receive and process one of the highest web traffics in the industry. After that, he started working in the automotive industry based in Fiat Auto Italy, leading a team that created what was then the most advanced CRM for Sales and AfterSales to be used in all European countries. Then he co-founded a startup company in Madrid, Spain, dedicated to selling and developing a SaaS automotive-focused CRM for all OEMs. He grew the company from 5 to 120 people, achieving huge success in more than 11 Automakers in different countries in Europe. Soon after, the company joined forces with Datafirst and I’CAR Systems. Julian studied computer science at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.


Philippe Dressy

COO

Philippe’s mission is to manage and develop all the Group’s Operations in Europe.A man of action, passionate about the automotive market, he sees to the smooth running of our activities and growth. His business expertise puts him in a position to launch actions in line with customer expectations to launch new offers and to bring in key corporate skills so that we have, in the long term, the most complete, integrated and relevant offer on the market. Philippe joined the group in 2000 after 12 years experience in selling ERP and CRM solutions. He is a graduate of Montpellier Business School and the University Institute of Computer Technology of Lyon 1.


Jonatan Dal Bon

CPO

His career starts at an early age when he begins working as Technical Support for Microsoft. In 1998, he becomes a Full-Stack web programmer for numerous popular websites and different sectors such as communication and news, automotive, classifieds, etc. In 2002 he co-founds Imaweb, wherein his capacity as IT Manager is in charge of the design of CRMAuto, the largest CRM web-specific solution for the automotive sector in Europe. In 2019 he is appointed co-CEO of Imaweb Spain. He studied Computer Science in the University of Belgrano.


Patrick Campas

VP Customer Services

After a number of positions in IT, development and auditing, Patrick Campas started to work in the field of software for automobile distribution, where he has been working for almost 25 years. First within GSI Motor Trade, then GBM, then DCS Groupe and Reynolds & Reynolds before joining Icar Systems in 2015. After holding Management-level positions in technical fields (responsibility for teams of analysts and developers in an international context), Patrick moved on to customer-focused positions, in particular taking charge of project management and key account relations, then managing support and consulting teams. Patrick holds a MIAGE degree from IFSIC in Rennes and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.


Gabriela Petitcollot

VP HR

With a career spanning 20 years, Gabriela Petitcollot has worked in a number of sectors of activity, mainly in the services sector – banking and finance, NICT, SSII and software publishers, Telecom, media, industry, construction (finishing work). She has held positions as HR Mananger, Head of Organisation and Administration, and Internal Communication at national and international level, in multicultural environments for large groups and SMEs, in charge of human resources for Western Europe, Southern Europe and Africa, with remote Head Quarters (Buenos Aires, Shenzhen, Brussels, London…), in companies such as ZTE, Knauf Insulation, Exponentiel Technologies, Turner Broadcasting Systems-Warner Media. Gabriela trained initially in Political Science in Argentina, Analyst Programmer of Management Control Data in Paris, and Personnel & Social Management at IGS Paris.


Guillaume Genot

CFO

Guillaume Genot began his career in Finance in 2000 at Alcatel (Nokia) – in Australia and at the head office – then successively held the positions of Director of Mergers & Acquisitions EMEA at ASSA ABLOY, Deputy Finance Director at ANOVO, Finance Director at HUB SAFE (Aéroports de Paris group) and Finance and Administration Director of the Webedia group. Guillaume graduated from ESCP Business School in Paris and from an Executive Program at Stanford University in California.


Victor Copete

VP Customer Experience

27 years of international career in sales and marketing, operations and customer care.Victor Copete has held management positions in the chemical, consumer goods and industrial automation sectors. As of 2010, he specialised in software publishing with a focus on the transformation and digitalisation of companies. Recent positions in software publishing include Director of Operations Europe/Russia for Emerson Automation Solutions in Madrid and Zurich, Director of Operations and Customer Care EMEA for Autodesk in Barcelona, Director of Customer Care CPA for Cegid in Lyon. Victor graduated in 1993 from a commercial training course and, in 2012, specialised in Internationalisation Strategy organized by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Spain, where he has since been a Consultant in the Industrial Internationalisation Programme of the Foreign Trade Institute.
